Let's go through on how Returns work
If none of the above solved your issue, we have a hassle-free returns procedure to make everything go as smoothly as possible.
First, head over to the "Accounts" Section and create an account, this will ensure that we have your latest Email Address, Return Address and Phone Number. (We wouldn't want to return your item to an old address, or for the courier not to be able to reach out in case they need help delivering your return).
Once your account is created, open a case and fill out a quick form to help our Technicians identify your order and ensure the return is booked as swiftly as possible. Our technicians will now inspect your case, they might even come up with a clever solution to fix your issue (If you had one), and if not, a return will be booked.
Once your return is booked, an email will be sent over with all the information you need to prepare, pack and ship your return to us.
During this, you have access to the full dashboard of DroiX Returns, allowing you to track your return progress and even see any notes our technicians leave for you.
After we receive you return, our Technicians will take care of it! Whether it's a Repair/Exchange or Refund, please note we operate only Monday-Friday, from 9:00AM to 6:00PM (UK Time) excluding Bank Holidays. We note in our emails that we only operate during Business Days. (Don't worry if you don't hear back from us during the weekend)
